Cancellation policy

What To DO

- Any cancellations must be done via e-mail by contacting Maria Bluff at maria.m.bluff@gmail.com or text message to (570) 228.9132.


- If the cancellation e-mail or text is sent more than 48 hours prior to the session and the client does not want to reschedule for another available date and time, there will be a full reimbursement of the paid amount. The reimbursement will be completed through venmo, paypal (applicable fund transfer fees will be deducted from the amount paid) or zelle (may take up to 5 business days after the cancellation).
Package clients keep their full credit for the session canceled.


- If the cancellation e-mail or text is sent less than 48 hours prior to the session, or in case of no show, there will be no reimbursement. The client will get credit for the full paid amount to reschedule the session for any date and time available. To reschedule the session the client must e-mail: maria.m.bluff@gmail.com (mailto:maria.m.bluff@gmail.com). The credit will be valid for 1 year (12 months).


- IF THE CANCELLATION text or email is received less than 24 HOURS prior to the appointment or in case of NO SHOW there will be no credit or reimbursement. Package sessions will be counted as used.
